Today, we were supposed to be on our way to Thailand.  But, a large snowstorm has swept across the United States and thousands of flights have been cancelled.  Our flights were cancelled.  However, our airlines has given us new reservations and we hope to be able to travel in two days.

What I Like About Being a Kid Missionary

Rebecca Ferrari on December 2, 2010

"I like being an kid missionary because I can witness firsthand just how God works. It is so much fun to see how much of an impact He can make. For example, my church, Gospel Life, started with about 30 people having services in an apartment. Then we had to move into a large tent because we did not have enough room for everybody. A Significant Battle to Fight

Jim Cook on April 6, 2010

Over the last year, a vigorous fight over health care has emerged as a concern that faces all of us.  No matter what your age or what your health needs are, we are all looking at health care differently than we did one year ago.  My son called me the other day and was somewhat distressed over the recent debate over health care.  My point in saying all of this is not to “talk politics” in my newsletter.  It is to say to you as I said to my son, we have bigger battles to fight than health care. ...
